Contemporary style ranch is framed by over 1.5 acres of well landscaped property, the home is privately sited and very close to multiple swimming areas, hiking, biking and ski resorts.  The exterior of the home is a mix of cedar siding with stone accents, there is an over-sized 2 car garage with a high ceiling, 110/220 power and a wood stove for heat.  Step inside to a nice open floor-plan, there is a wall of closets in the front tiled foyer and then an amazing light filled dining room with a pine cathedral ceiling, then walks out to the private back patio.  The kitchen is the center of the home, lots of oak cabinets, plenty of counter space, breakfast bar and newer stainless appliances.  There are two bedrooms in the hall that share a full bath with tub, then a master suite at the far end of the home with lots of closet space and its own full bath with Jacuzzi style tub.  The home has some really nice quality features and is a real pleasure to show. Most of the grounds are quite private (especially the back yard) yet you are less than 10 min to the Village of Saugerties and NYS Thruway exit 20.  There is a pull down attic for storage. This sale is subject to seller finding a suitable place to live.

A 5-10 minute drive to miles upon miles of hiking and backpacking trails. Some of which connect to and stretch for the eastern coast of the US, from Vermont to Georgia. A 30 minute drive to multiple micro cities, ski resorts and villages and a 60 minute drive to Albany and Newburgh which each have their own perfectly sized airports. I think the area is the perfect place to live when you don't want to deal with the stresses of the modern world but still want the convenience of it."
