Fantastic Price Improvement! Priced to MOVE! Extremely popular property! A piece of paradise all for yourself. The lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath home located in the woods in Pelzer SC , Greenville County is an EXCELLENT location. Over 7 Acres with a stocked pond owner says the fishing is great! He says there are some BIG fish in there! The home is located on a dead end road with a gorgeous view. The home has been renovated and updated and is beautiful . When you pull up to the home you are greeted with the feel of a cabin in the woods, a retreat. The beautiful flagstone walkway was added as well as the floor of the entire covered front porch, simply beautiful the raw wood pillars and the finished wooden planked ceiling certainly make you want to grab one of those rocking chairs and just relax. When you enter the home you are in the living room which is very open and spacious with gorgeous hardwood floors, there is a beautiful wood burning fireplace with a hearth and a new mantle, nothing better than to sit and warm up with a wood burning fire. The kitchen has had a total makeover and is stunning. I love the elegant rustic feel. All new stainless appliances stay with the home.. Be sure to check out the tile behind the gas top stove, such a beautiful design. The counters are dark stained solid wood and oversized to create a neat hangout bar. They converted a covered porch into a dining room or a sun room if you desired, very spacious and it has lots of windows so you have an excellent view of the backyard which is full of nature. There is a step down off the kitchen area into a large room that the owners are using for the laundry room on one end with a wash sink. On the other end they are used as an office area, which could be a super recreation or entertainment room. I can see a big screened tv in there for all those great football games. On the other side of the home are two bedrooms. The owner's suite has a full bath and closet then there is the second bedroom with a walk in closet. The hall features a full bath with tub shower combo. Now let's venture out into the back. A new concrete patio was poured super large with lots of room for all your favorite outdoor living furniture. There is a 220 line run for a hot tub in the corner of the patio so it's wired and ready! (Hot Tub does not stay) Up in the back is a huge workshop with power. a garage door and side door for entrance. Plenty of room to turn it into the mancave of your dreams. Just a wonderful wonderful home. If you are looking for seclusion and privacy this is perfect. There is an easement for the drive. There is one person that lives on the next property and they have access to get to their property on this drive which is unseen from this property. So you may run into him , amazon or the mail carrier and that is just about it. This setup is really hard to find and do not expect it to last long. The home is ready and waiting on you!
