This house was built before tiny homes became popular- the Enchanted Cottage! Cute as can be, situated on 8.41 acres of mostly fenced land, very private. There is also a barn that has a couple stalls. Much work has been done to the cottage-new roof, windows, heat & air, flooring, insulation, paint, and the list goes on.
