The ground floor features a powder room, the kitchen with a separate service entrance, a dining room with a fireplace and bay window that adjoins the fully heated and air conditioned sunroom. Up the circular staircase to the parlor floor. The living room faces the front of the house and features high ceilings, three large windows, built ins and a fireplace. Facing the back of the house is a wood paneled library with a bay window, fireplace and coffered ceiling. There is a wet bar and powder room discreetly off the library. The library opens to the terrace, which runs along the back of the house and overlooks the garden. The second floor has two large bedrooms with en-suite baths. This floor could easily be the master suite, with one bedroom and sitting room. The third floor is currently configured as a two bedroom, each with a full bath and an office in between that also features a fireplace. All the rooms are spacious and they could easily be converted into three bedrooms.
