The oversized 3 car garage behind the house, on the alleyway, or massive storage/fun space. There's also a beautiful 530 sq. ft Growing Spaces GrowDome greenhouse with a fishpond, peaceful sitting area, and large, organic, plantable beds. A garden space has been installed beside the greenhouse in the fenced-in front yard, and a woodshed/storage area with two separate rooms, designed to match the house, and sits at the front of the property. Behind the garage, there is a perfect open storage area for a shipping container, vehicles, large items, or garden supplies.

    "I've lived in the Mancos Valley for many years, a beautiful location between the La Plata Mountains to the east, and Mesa Verde and Sleeping Ute Mountain to the west. Durango, 30 min. away, has shopping, an array of eateries and activities, as does Cortez, 25 min. away. Outdoor activities in the region include hiking, rafting, kayaking, skiing, and even dog mushing. If you're looking for a safe and quiet, family oriented small town, Mancos can't be beat."
