"Great place to live people are nice you do need a car to get around The lake is nice and more people come in the summer time . It’s a place people come to visit in the summer but if your lucky to be here year round it’s great "

"A very private road with most homes having 2 plus acres and many lake side properties. To get to the "queen" city of Burlington it takes about 25 minutes. There is a Ferry that takes one to Plattsburg NY - very fun ride ! And the views from this Ferry are spectacular ! Very nice rural area though property taxes can be rather high especially near the water !"

"I have lived in South Hero for the past 17 years. It is a quiet country setting yet in under 30 minutes you can be in Essex Jct., St. Albans or Burlington. Only minutes from State Parks and walking distance to Folsom Education Center, Congregational Church and Post Office. "
