It is a couple of minutes from downtown Winchester, Tims Ford Lake, and close to state parks, a golf course, walking trails, and much more. It has 1547 square feet, a covered rocking chair front porch, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, central heat and air, a large, covered deck, and a 2-car garage. There are hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and the dining area. All 3 bedrooms have carpet. The 12 x 11 kitchen has beautiful cabinets, and all stainless appliances. The 12 x 11 dining area has a bay window. The great room has a recessed ceiling and measures 20 x 12. The 16 x 10 primary bedroom has a walk in closet and the bath has 2 sinks and a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms measure 12 x 10.

It is conveniently located off I-24, exit 127, turn right on Hwy 64W (Veterans Memorial Dr. W), go 18 miles, then right on TN-16N (N. Rowe Gap Rd) for .2 miles, then at the traffic circle, take the first exit onto TN-16N, go .5 miles, then right on Kiwi and right on Raspberry.

The rent is $1895.00 and the security deposit is $1870.00 equaling a total of $3765.00 to move in.

One to two animals would be considered. If an animal is accepted there is a $350.00 non-refundable fee per animal, a $25 per month per animal charge added to the rent, and an animal agreement is required, as is renter's insurance.

All applicants' credit history, criminal record, employment, and rental payment history for your last two rental addresses will be checked. There is a $60.00, per adult (18 and over) occupant, application fee. Income qualification: Approximately 3 times the rent amount in gross wages coming into to the household monthly. Credit scores of 550 and above with no outstanding collections.
