"I came to visit an associate, the views of Kitt Peak is breath taking, the stars at night, no noise, no sirens or power poles, all the houses are unique, a wonderful area of Tucson."
  • revlanda
"I live on the Diamond Bell Ranch and it is wonderful, awesome scenery and the sunsets are awesome and the area is well kept and serene and safe."
  • Ediegoetz
"I have lived in the area for 20 years. I have raised my family here. The town is safer now than when I first moved here. Good quality of people live here who willingly lend a hand to help a neighbor. We have a few bad seeds here, mostly young people who were raised by parents who shouldn't have had kids, but the majority are good, caring people!"
  • Trish M.
"I live close to this property; it is on a very narrow road that is more like a dirt alley or wash. It has been on the market for very long, and not moving due to this area, especially the neighborhood road where it is located. The mobile is 24 years old, nearing its normal useful life & more than likely, due to its age, has polybutylene plumbing throughout which will need to be replaced since it was outlawed back in the 1990s. Indefinite about fencing that is missing in the back so no telling the property lines to this place since the seems to be a rectangular spot outside of what would be the fenceline, but even that line is uncertain, that may have been used by former owners for a shed area. It has no-climb fencing mostly of perimeter, but not high so not good for dogs that may get over fence. The road closest to this area of Brandywine is Guy heading to Sierrita Mtn Road (blacktop) but the trip there is pothole bumpy & rugboard traveling & is not county maintained ever. This community has its drawbacks on friendliness unfortunately &, in my opinion, schools are far from the best in educating & there is not much for youngsters to do here for recreation which is deplorable. Unless you are a hardy stock, do not mind rough roads, not sickly, then perhaps you will enjoy the solitary life here, unless it is Saturday when locals Swapmeet & the local only Thrift Store is open."
