Shopping facilities: Three minutes' drive to Chinese Supermarket, convenient for shopping. The western supermarket is a one-minute walk away.
Parking facilities: Due to the relatively low population density in the community, parking on the surrounding streets and lanes is very convenient and easy. There is alternative parking every week. In addition, there is a large indoor parking lot in the basement of the building. If tenants need parking spaces for vehicles, they can apply to the building management office for parking spaces. There is usually a waiting period of several months, and the relevant parking fees are paid by the tenant.

The owner pays for hot water, cold water, and heating. The renter is responsible for gas the electricity. The furniture is included in the apartment. No smoking allowed and no pets allowed.
