Over the years the original carport was converted into a family room with fireplace; fourth bedroom with wall of closets was added; dining or hobby room addition includes laundry closet, and a rear porch is enclosed for three-season use. Original third bedroom was once used as an office~and includes a built-in corner cupboard. There is a carport next to the house which still leaves concrete driveway space for parking two cars. In the back yard is another carport that provides a sheltered picnic or activity area, as well as several older sheds (open and closed). There is also a garage building that is presently used as a storage building. Furnace and central air are less then ten years old. Recent termite inspection was clear. The completely fenced yard has several beautiful shade trees and is larger than most in the neighborhood. This home was loved and maintained since it was built and is ready for new owners to cherish it. Interior d~cor will appreciate being refreshed: the house will be a showplace when that's done.
