About this House
Adorable little farm style home in the small town of Monroe. This home has a ton of character & charm. It is on a large lot, with mature trees, tons of parking and a great detached shop/garage with a loft, pantry area and small room off the back. This is an older home that does need some TLC but everything is in working order. New ductless heating/AC system installed a little over 2 years ago. We were in the process of constructing a 12x16 building in the back for some extra room. This will make a great she shed/man cave or mother-in-law quarters once it is finished. This home has slowly been being upgraded but due to us deciding
to move out of state, we were unable to do all the work we would have liked.
