Right in the middle of all the action while privately tucked away. Off-street parking for 1 car.

LIVING ROOM - Couch, chair & DVD player (NO TV). Wifi.

SLEEPING AREAS - Full-size bed with memory foam mattress located in secured corner of living room. Twin bed located in petite solarium off living room.

PETITE SOLARIUM - Small area off living room with twin bed. Morning light from slanted roof with large glass-like ceiling. Twin bed.

KITCHEN, fully equipped with coffeemaker, gas range, fridge, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer,

FULL BATH with European flair. Large, old-fashioned claw-foot tub, hand-held shower and skylight above tub. No stand up shower.

1st month and $300 security deposit. Includes utilities. $950/month for one person only.

    "We have fiesta every summer, a carnival basically and a parade for the fellow Italians to rejoice, and those not Italian. We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment. Beautiful seaside spot for good food, shops, historical landmarks, parks, beaches, etc. Much love for this town and the beauty behind it. "
