Description

This house is just 2 miles from the beautiful Lake Whitney and great fishing. Our home is in a nice quiet friendly subdivision outside of the city limits of Whitney TX called Lake Shadow. It is on a 1 acre lot with a custom house built in 2002 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1660 square feet, and an attached double garage that includes a 7’x5’ closet with shelves. It has custom built cupboards, decorative crown molding, and new carpet in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. The kitchen was updated in January of 2024 with quartz countertops, a deep large stainless steel sink, luxury vinyl wood look flooring in the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. The laundry room is 12’ x 6’ with ample shelving and cabinets as well as a dry sink area with cabinets. There is a 16 foot by 24 foot covered patio with an outdoor kitchen which has a 3 burner gas grill and dorm size refrigerator. It had a new dishwasher in May of 2023, a new roof put on in June of 2023, and new furnace and air conditioner in September 2023. There is a 40 foot by 30 foot insulated steel shop with a 20 foot by 40 foot cemented covered overhang. We also have a 40 foot by 12 foot metal RV cover. In March of 2024 we put up 233 foot of chainlink with 6” by 12” deep cement footings in the back yard with one 6 foot and two 42 inch gates. We have a 143 foot cemented driveway.
