Fully furnished with queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. Rent includes all utilities, including wifi, airconditioning and access to washer/dryer. Non-smoking and no pets.

Monthly rate is $3.6K (single occupancy), slight add-on for more than 1 guest. Length of stay within these dates can be flexible. Shorter stays can be considered.

Large 1 bedroom, 600 sf, Fully furnished. Price includes all utilities.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
