It's ok, Well it's a school I've had bad days and good days.

I am very glad my student is moved out of this school. They don't take bullying seriously leaving the victim unwanting to return to school. Went on a field trip with my student and other students were very unruly, nothing was really being done about they're disrespectful and wild behavior.Yes the school does try to make fun activities for the students. Though unruly disrespectful students ruin it for their entire class. Most of the teachers seem to care about their students but class sizes get unmanageable when classrooms are packed with students from wall to wall. It's a wonder any of these students learn anything at all with how often there is a disruption in the classroom. It feels that most of this school is geared towards just keeping kids in the doors to make numbers, even if the students aren't actually learning because of other student behaviors and outbursts. Star School is just down the road a little ways much better choice to send your student there.

Principal Teresa Heide does not reach out to parents to find out what is happening at home, when I came in to the school to try to partner to help my teen, she was cold, closed, and unwilling to listen. I wanted to change my kids classes, she refused, insinuated we were uneducated and poor, with comments like, "if money is an issue..", etc. I also met with the superintendent Dr. Christopher Pesuski, he said he would call me back with a resolution, its been 3 weeks. No call, doesn't care. This school is A.W.F.U.L.
