"This is the quaint haven of Chester, South Carolina, half way between Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC with easy access to Interstates I-77 and I-85 and about the same distance from either the mountains or the beach. This is a very clean, friendly village with a year long mild climate, practically no crime rate, no pollution, and an easy, carefree, economical way of life. "
