This is a duplex with an upstairs ($1,800) and a downstairs unit ($1,600). Both are available for rent. Units are entirely separate, each with their own driveways/entrances/patio space. Pictures are available for the downstairs unit-- message if interested.

This one-level rental has two living spaces an attached den with a cozy, gas fireplace connected to a bright living room framed with a large window next to the front entryway. The kitchen has ample cabinet space and an open corner for more storage or a table. Both bedrooms both have large closets and great lighting with two windows each. The bathroom has under-the-sink storage, a mirrored medicine cabinet and an energy-efficient toilet. Original hardwood floors run throughout the bedrooms and living room.

The unit has a swamp cooler to keep the house cool in the summer and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a shared laundry room with provided washer/dryer and extra storage space available.

Please complete the application via Zillow. We require a 3-month income verification. Background and credit check required through Zillow's application process. First and last month's rent, and pet deposit if applicable, are due at signing via online portal. Monthly rent payments will also be paid via online portal.

This is a pet-friendly rental. Tenant(s) will be responsible for a $200 non-refundable deposit and $25-50 (depending on pet/size) monthly pet rent. Pet(s) do need to be friendly as the backyard is a shared space. The following utilities are included in a $200 monthly fixed fee: Internet, Electricity, Natural Gas, Sewer, Water, Trash Removal, and Recycling. Renter is responsible for keeping the grounds clean, including snow and weed removal. Owners may conduct bi-annual wellness checks for the property throughout the 12 month leasing period. No cigarette smoking is allowed and penalties for smoking will be included in the lease agreement. Tenant must carry renter's insurance for the duration of the lease.
