Most of our neighbors were working professionals with young children and access to the park and walking paths were very nice to have in the spring and fall. Excellent location @ 10 min to Airline Ave shops via 220 or Riverwalk stores via East Texas Street. Home is not in a flood zone, during 2009 floods house was high and dry. French drains are installed in the yard and easily handle the excess water."
