The stairs are finished to the basement for a look of a more open floor plan. The stairs also have been finished with white and wood spindles. The basement has an egress window and a rough in for a bathroom. The kitchen has upgraded maple 42 inch cabinets with a large walk in pantry. Appliances are all Maytag and stainless steel. The master suite has been expanded from the original builder's floor plan, which includes a spacious walk in closet. The master bath has an adult height vanity with double sinks, marble glass shower, soaking tub, and large window that opens. All lighting has been upgraded and all finishes are in nickel.     "OFallon is a great city with a small town feel. i feel safe here, feel safe to go to any part of OFallon. You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
