Great location in Arnold. Hardwood floors in living room, hallway and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Third bedroom added in 2007 off the kitchen. Living room has big picture window. Kitchen has lots of cabinets, big pantry, and electric stove. Stove and dishwasher were replaced in 2011 with stainless steel. Nice updated bath with ceramic tile floor and shower. Deck added in 2010 that over looks the backyard. Full walk out basement. Attached 2 car carport and an extra large shed for plenty of storage or a great work shop. New roof in 2005. New gutters in 2011. Ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and kitchens. Some new windows. New front screen door in 2011.
