There is a wood fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has newer appliances, tile counters and wood floors. There is a nice deck on the side, with French doors leading to it.

The master suite has 4 closets (!), two sinks and an oversized shower.

Comes with all appliances, including washer and dryer (maintained at tenant expense).

Rental rate of $2250 is for an 18 month lease. 6 to 17 months are available at $2395.

Sunland has tennis courts, pool club house and golf course.

Owner pays water, sewer and HOA dues. Owner also pays for pruning to keep the landscaping in top condition. You will need to mow, water and weed.

Small dog or cat OK on a case by case basis. Additional rent and refundable deposit. The must be adult, fixed and friendly. Pet application required.

Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion.

We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.

Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month.

Deposit represents refundable security.

Close to Sunland Golf Course and Country Club, north of downtown Sequim, close to the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and the John Wayne Marina.

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
