The kitchen has granite countertops, with a microwave and full-size fridge, plus space for plug-ins (i.e. no oven). There is a full bath and your own hot water heater and washer & dryer. There is limited built-in closet space indoors, but outdoors there is a 5'x8' locking shed and a small covered patio for storage. Solar powered electric heater and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable, especially with windows for cross ventilation.
Outside, the front doors open onto a private paved front patio area, and the back window looks out onto a lush private garden. Hummingbird feeders are optional but have been popular!
One year lease, renewable upon mutual consent. Non-smoking, please. Owner pays for (reasonable) utilities.
