This home was built brand new in 2019. It is in the heart of all of the major cities in Florida. You will be a small drive from Busch Gardens, Disney World, and Universal Studios. The home is fully furnished with big screen televisions. It's in a quiet and eclectic neighborhood. The clubhouse has a gym, basketball court, and pool. There is a lot of open area to exercise outside around the large neighborhood. We have two man made lakes in the neighborhood. Gas station, grocery store, and bank are only a mile away from the home. The security deposit will be waved because im looking to rent home within the month.

Deal Breakers: pets and smoking. You will be responsible for wifi, utilities, water, and garbage disposal. If there is any damages you will be responsible for replacing any and all items. Renters insurance is required. I will up keep the lawn myself. You can park in either the driveway or garage. You will be responsible for keeping the air filter changed. We will go over other things you will need to do to up keep the home during the personal tour. You will also be responsible for keeping the inside and the outside of the home cleaned. Please keep the disposal and the dishwasher clean as well.

Other than lots of fast food restaurants but a real cry for more sit down restaurants other than Applebees and Panera Bread. Nice shopping is at least half hour away and the better grocery store doesn’t have a decent deli of prepared foods other than the bakery section. In a community of lots of older people, one would think there would be a salad bar, better hot bar (not just 3 types of soups, one being a staple) dishes of prepared salads, ribs, baked potatoes or other foods I’ve found in grocery stores in many other states I’ve lived in. Missing a market. "
