Quiet area with friendly tenants in the other units nearby.

Tenant pays gas & electric (water is included), and there is a one time cleaning fee charged when you sign ($150). Will be leased on a month-to-month basis, meaning you don't have to sign a long term lease. However, you must give a 30-day notice before leaving. Move in costs are first month's rent ($575) + security deposit ($575) + cleaning fee ($150) for a total of $1,300.

I do not allow dogs/cats or smokers. I also run background checks for applicants and if you have any recent evictions or felony convictions on your record I will reject your application.
