6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePrincipal is awful and bullies kids that try to play on playground after school. Additionally bullied the only black teacher at the school that all parents loved. Said teacher would show up early and stay late for her students. Booth can go back to Bridgeport. School has gone so far down hill.Parent Review11mo ago18 Reviews - Tomlinson Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAfter very bad experiences with another middle school outside of Fairfield, Tomlinson school was like heaven for us. My son entered the 8th grade and we were apprehensive about his reception and adaptation, but the staff and most of the students were very receptive and welcoming. We had an excellent conversation, introduction and guidance from the Guidance Counselor, we felt welcomed and included in the community. We finally felt safe sending our son to school and that is priceless! He made great friends too. As for school contents, subjects, teachers and staff, I think they did their job very well. TMS has good extra activities, groups, projects, with great development and academic support. The musical part of the school is extremely competent, both orchestra and choir and especially the band. They rock ! Well, I only have praise for this school, which is not perfect as all are not, but in our case it was perfect for our son, both academically, physically and mentally. It was a pleasure having our son attend this school.Parent Review2y ago3 Reviews - Check out schools near 143 Berkeley Rd.
