Each unit features new in-unit full size stack washer and dryer
 Most appliances are LG with ThinQ technology that can be monitored via your mobile devices
 New vertical blinds
 Ample storage and closet space in all units
 Spacious bedrooms to later include a built-in wall Air Conditioning unit
 Bathrooms include all new modern finishes- spacious vanity, LED medicine cabinet, new shower fixtures.

Rental Terms:
 $2395.00 monthly apartment rent
 $2395.00 base security deposit on approved credit
 $40.00 application fee per applicant over 18 years of age to live in the apartment.
1-year Lease Agreements
