Winchester Elementary is the worst school in Roseburg. We will be finding another school for 2026. I’ve had nothing but issues. This is the second time my child has gone to this school. The bullying isn’t stopped or dealt with. A specific kid has been brought to their attention and we’re not the only parents who have dealt with this child who cusses at and bully’s my children and multiple others. We also have to live around that child as well. My kids come home and tell me they play most of the day. There’s no homework. They give stars on students work when they didn’t get the answers right. Anytime I’ve gone to the school with an issue they tell me there’s not really anything they can do about it unless they know about it (which isn’t me bringing this to your attention you knowing about it). There’s no calls or paperwork for our kids when they get injured so we don’t find out about it until they get home or even a week or two later sometimes because they forget to tell us what happened at school. They barely feed our kids at school they give them one or two little things and a milk. They’re always coming home saying they’re starving. When our kids miss school they don’t call and notify us or if they do they call the wrong person and notify them instead so then we (the parents) don’t know about the call. We’ve brought all this up to the school and each time they do nothing about any of it. They send home notices about things the day before they’re happening or the day of an event, or they give them the wrong information.

Can me and my friends know why the straight kids gets to just simply lay on the laps of their partners and peers while we get targeted when all the others get to just because they're popular bullies?

They don't care about the girls in that school when the girls do a peaceful protest the school said they'll take away their homecoming and suspend all of them this is a horrible school
