The master and second bedrooms have King sized beds. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. Bedroom four has two twin beds with shower, while bedroom five has a bunk bed (twin over full).

Guests can unwind in the attractive main level living area and there is also a separate living space upstairs that has a multi-sectional couch and a ping pong table.

A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite counter tops will win the heart of any home chef. There is a beautiful dining table for up to twelve people and a bar countertop area for three, accommodating up to fifteen people comfortably. After a tasty home-cooked meal, guests can step out onto the private balcony and breathe in some fresh alpine air or curl up inside by the warm gas fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a heated garage parking spot is available for one car - free of charge.

Arrowhead Village's amenities and facilities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, concierge service, a complimentary shuttle and a seasonal fire pit for stargazing and gatherings. The on-site Broken Arrow Restaurant serves delicious American-style meals for breakfast, lunch and apres (winter only). Other dining options include the Vista Restaurant located in the Country Club of the Rockies club house specializing in authentic Colorado cuisine .

Winter or summer, there is always something to do in Arrowhead Village. Whether it is hiking beautiful trails and mountain biking, or snowshoeing and skiing on some of the top ski terrain in Colorado, there is something for everyone to enjoy.     "This is a terrific golf course community surrounded by pocket parks and a community center. At the Sonnenalp Golf course club house is the infamous Balata restaurant. Walking along the street you will be greeted by neighbors walking their dogs or strollers and drivers waving. "

    "the one thing about arrowhead over other golf resort communities here, is that everyone in arrowhead is super friendly and easy going. it has that community feel. it is a community of second home owners, but for many this is their primary residence. they golf together all summer, party together at the vista restaurant, at the clubhouse--which by the way has micky poge at the piano nightly and just enjoy each other and life. in the winter it is about skiing and gathering a few friends and taking some runs together and then hitting one of the hot spots on the mtn for lunch. the alpine club offers members super fun social times and a gathering place to store skis and meet. many people simply will not move out of this community when looking for a larger home. this is where their friends are and they want to live where their friends are. if looking for a place where you can instant friends, then you want to live in arrowhead."
