In 2013, the outside was completely redone including an architectural roof, vinyl siding, double pane insulated windows + sliding glass doors, and a new stained glass entry door. We are in the process of building 2 separate decks off the back of the house, one to replace the original deck and a separate private deck off the master bedroom. These will be completed and inspected by the city by early July. A new furnace, air conditioner and water heater were installed in 2013.

Inside the home, the kitchen, master and guest baths have all been remodeled. All of the kitchen cabinets have a transferrable lifetime warranty. Matching stainless steel appliances are included. Custom lighting has been installed throughout the home giving it a completely updated look and feel. New StainMaster carpet was installed in the bedrooms and stairs leading to the basement and has a lifetime warranty. The master bedroom includes both a master bath and walk in closet, in addition to a soon to be completed private deck. Stone columns were recently added to the front porch, this same stone was also used to update the living room gas fireplace. The walk out basement includes both laundry hook ups and an extra room which could be used as an office or workshop. Additionally, there is well over 1000 sq ft of unfinished basement which can later be utilized to fit any family's needs.
