I graduated from PHS and went on to further my education. I see the same thing happening with many kids from here. More kids are getting brave to try out universities away from the valley, even out of the state. That's good. That means they are confident enough with the education they receive from PHS to attend prestigious higher education institutions. Teachers are highly trained and the morale is positive amongst the kids. I'll have 2 high schoolers next year. The principal has been there for 3 years, probably the longest lasting in quite a few years, and is very knowledgeable in curriculum. He treats academics as a competition to motivate the students to do well in school. He always has challenges and high expectations. The After School Program offers a lot of activities to involve the students. It now has an Athletics Director that makes sure everything runs smoothly. It's on its way to improvement. The safety of the students is their priority.

My experience at school was extremely difficult because I faced constant bullying and did not receive the support I needed from teachers or staff. Instead of feeling safe and encouraged to learn, I often felt isolated, anxious, and afraid to attend classes. The negative environment made it hard for me to focus on my education and affected both my confidence and mental well-being. Rather than being a place where students are respected and helped to grow, the school became a source of stress and emotional pain due to the hurtful behavior of other students and the lack of effective action to stop it.

Horrible school my son went there for his elementary years and this one teacher bullied him telling him that he is stupid and stuff like that
