About this House

A fixer-upper with a ton of potential! This home has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a possibility of another bathroom or an office in the master bedroom. A second story unfinished room is built on top of the master bedroom and accessible outside. You could turn that into a one story apartment, a storage room, a game room or really anything! The house sits on 0.25 acres in city limits and the other 0.25 acres is county. There's a white truck on the property that will be included in the sale. We have no title for it and the current and previous owners are both deceased.
Appliances included: washer, dryer, electric oven, refrigerator and two air conditioners.
The oven and dryer are fairly new. The washer is about 14+ years old, the refrigerator is about 3+ years old and the air conditioners work but they aren't in the greatest condition.
A playhouse sits by the stairs leading up to the second story bedroom.

The portable storage buildings are not included in the sale and will be moved asap.

This house can be fixed up and sold for a nice profit as well!

We're asking $45,000 as is and the buyer takes care of all costs associated with buying the house including closings costs and etc.

Bangs Elementary is a really good school. The teachers are excellent and the office staff is so friendly. My kids love their principal and they think school is fun. As a parent, I love the small class sizes and personal attention. I know my kids are safe here. Plus, they make kids mind and they expect them to work hard and be winners. Free breakfast is nice too.

"I’ve lived here for about 10 years and it is a quiet, safe place to live. We have an acre and live in town so it’s nice to have alittle breathing room. Neighbors are very nice and helpful. "
