Roommate wanted to share beautiful, light and airy 2-bedroom 2-bath condo top floor corner unit on 1st St in Alamitos Beach. The space is 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks to Bixby Park and Bluff Hts for free daily outdoor yoga and twice a week farmer's market.

I am a female occupational therapist and looking for professional female renter. You will have your own room and bathroom in addition to the common areas of the house including open kitchen (with quartz countertops, gas range, new refrigerator) and large living space. Hardwood floors throughout and huge windows. Room comes semi-furnished (dresser, rug, storage cabinets) or unfurnished, your choice. Large double closet with huge overhead storage and hallway linen closet. Utilities and internet included. Central ac/heat and ceiling fans. Free laundry room on premises.

Flexible move-in date. $1995/month. One month deposit and first month rent required. One year lease with flexible terms it's important that we are mutually happy so I won't hold anyone to staying if it's not working out. Must have work references and proof of income. I have cats and a dog so liking animals is important. I have a one car garage, which I could possibly take turns sharing depending on the situation.

All utilities and internet are included in rental price. Unit has central AC/heat. Free laundry on premises. Potential shared garage. Looking for non-smoking tenant who does not work from home. Rental terms are very flexible.
