it's out @ 4 miles from the Walmart on I-20.. the property is set on 6 acres - BUT RENTAL ONLY includes the house and front and back yard .. a key to shop ONLY if tenants want to have the water softener system running. if they have exp: a dog, or any other pet .. it would have to be house trained.

Tenant would have to pay own electricity and trash bin .. water is ( water well) .. would have to keep up with the water softener system ( add salt ) .. front and back yard would be their responsibility for keeping up with cutting grass.
