I am extremely disappointed with the way concerns about student safety have been handled at this school. Multiple staff members have witnessed a staff member putting their hands on a student inappropriately, the student also has special needs, and these concerns have reportedly been brought to the principal’s attention on numerous occasions through emails and in-person reports.Despite repeated complaints, no meaningful action appears to have been taken. The student has openly stated that the staff member hits them, yet the staff member continues to work directly with the student. This has left many employees concerned that reports are not being taken seriously and that the well-being of students is not being prioritized.A school should be a safe environment where students are protected and concerns are thoroughly investigated. When multiple people raise the same concerns and nothing changes, it creates a lack of trust in the school’s leadership and commitment to student safety.I hope the appropriate steps are taken to ensure that all reports are properly reviewed and that every student receives the protection and support they deserve.

This school is not as good as it says in the reviews and I’ve never regretted anything more than choosing Baruch as my high school. I have never felt like this in a school before i came here. I feel no sense of welcomeness or connection with any of my teachers and I wish I’d stayed in my area when picking schools. Please research the type of people your children are subjected to being around and not just test scores and college readiness. I am so uncomfortable in this school and I wish my mom would have listened to me when I told her I didn’t want to come here.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL, THE ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL HAVES FAVORITISM TOWARDS KIDS THAT DONT HAVE IEP, THE STAFF CALLS ALL THE TIME FOR THINGS THAT NOT AN EMERGENCY, INSTEAD OF IMPORTANT THINGS THAT ALWAYS LAST MINUTE. THE TEACHERS RESPOND LATE, THE TEACHERS DONT HELP THE STUDENTS THEY PREFER ANOTHER STUDENT TO HELP INSTEAD, WHEN KIDS BULLY OTHER KIDS THEY DONT HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE, THE AMOUNT OF FAVORITISM IN THIS SCHOOL IS HUGE AND THE STAFF ARE ALL UNPROFESSIONAL. IF YOUR CHILD HAVES An IEP DONT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE, HE/SHE WON'T GET THE RIGHT EDUCATION.
