Walk to town from this newly updated 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in the Rosenwald area of Brevard. Nice neighbors on quiet gravel cul-de-sac. Covered front porch, ceiling fans in each room, gas forced wall furnace and individual room heaters, New kitchen appliances including dishwasher and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer were left behind by the previous tenant so they are furnished but were not purchased by us and therefore, maintenance will be the responsibility of the current tenant. If the new resident has their own set, we can remove them.
