So lately, we have had problems at the school, and my nephew goes to the school, and his parents have felt that they have been mistreated.And are often targeted, the lady at the front desk is very rude and very hostile. She is very quick to be like no, and I asked her if they had received my nephews paper for registration, confirming the residence. And I had just finished saying that. And she was, she was like, no so rude. I have never before had any interaction with anybody like this.I don't understand why they have people like that working with kids or in customer service either because regardless of it being at school, you don't have any reason and you don't have any right to mistreat the parents, just because they are in my minority. So this school is a total joke. And the fact that they don't let you talk to anyone higher up is completely ridiculous.
