5 bedroom house with an office and study area that could be made into 6/7 bedrooms for a growing family on 5.06 acres a majority of which is wooded. The house has alot of potential and does need some finishing that I never got around to nothing major. furnace and hot water heater are only a couple years old. The central air was serviced last year. Would be great for a growing family or a hunter's lodge as it is located in a great hunting area. Macoupin Creek is not far, but is not close enough for little ones to get to. Beaver Dam state park is less than a mile away. everything in the house has been replaced since I purchased it 2008 from the wiring, outlets, light fixtures, drywall, doors, roof, flooring, sub-floor, all in one bathtub and shower, toilet stool, sinks, plumbing, heating and cooling ductwork is also new, all the circuit breakers, meter base, and service entry all new, there is only a couple things in the house that are not new, such as the siding and the windows.In the pictures there are a couple rooms pictured that do not have trim, those rooms do have trim in them now I will try to get updated pictures. I continue improving the house as I can afford to and will update pictures as I do in Jan. 2013 new tile in the kitchen and carpet in the study area thanks for looking sold as is where is

Families and students who are involved in their learning can go far here, but if you’re just showing up to show up and get a diploma - they will let you slide through, which I believe contributes to the lower college readiness score. Teachers are here providing the materials for kids to succeed but they can only do so much with students who don’t wish to learn and parents who are not pushing them.The principal, Bearley, is on a power trip which has led to a steady decline in attitude and morale at this location.
