Hardwood floors are throughout the house except for bathrooms, laundry room, and the back bedroom. Living space has a new H/A system, and a rock chimney has gas logs also. Full basement, which is unfinished, offers more living space if needed or storage. Garage has room for 3 vehicles and has a storage /work room in the back. Additional parking for other vehicles in back of house. House has a new roof. House has a security light and security system that can be transferred. Home has a private well with good water, and public water is available. We built this house and have lived here for the past thirty-seven years. We built and have maintained it with care. House is well insulated and has 2x6 walls. Property can be shown by appointment.
