Home has a private well with good water, and public water is available. We built this house and have lived here for the past thirty-seven years. We built and have maintained it with care. House is well insulated and has 2x6 walls. Property can be shown by appointment.

    "You can easily tell this neighborhood was probably a great neighborhood in the 70's but not so much today. Stray cats and dogs, yard debris throughout neighborhood, outdated house paint colors etc. For the money, I'd certainly recommend you look elsewhere."
