We recently moved to Colorado and couldn’t be happier with Birch. It has a wonderful and engaged principal . Teachers really care about their students and live in the community. Parents are involved and engaged. It’s a school where most kids walk or bike daily. My 1st and 3rd grader have really thrived here

Have had 3 children go to Broomfield High School and have been impressed with their education, sports and other extracurricular programs

We’re a family with three kids who attend this school—going into 2nd, 4th, and 6th grade next year. This school community could be amazing—it has caring staff and involved families. But right now, there’s a sense that things are sliding in the wrong direction. We’re worried about sending our kids back in the fall without real signs of change. We’re sharing this not to tear anyone down, but because families deserve transparency. To be honest, this past year was a struggle. Academically, things seem ok, but we worry there isn't much in regards to truly enriching or engaging content here. Our kids complain a lot about the reading program.Behavior was another big concern. Our kids came home almost daily with stories about students disrupting class, being disrespectful to teachers, and even physically aggressive toward other kids. It didn’t seem like there were clear consequences or follow-through. Teachers looked exhausted, and we know some great ones are leaving. That says a lot.While we are hopeful for the school's future, at this moment, we wouldn’t confidently recommend this school to others.
