"I just moved into the neighborhood a week ago. I’m familiar with Germantown, MD. A lot has been built up over the last 20 years. It’s very diverse community regarding all ethnic races. I’ve met some of my neighbors. They seem very nice & pleasant. I like the fact the main trash days are twice per week, and recycle trash is once a week. Groundskeepers maintain the neighborhoods. Area is very quite. You can walk your dog at any time day or night. There’s plenty of lightning around the area as well. "
  • Sarah S.

  • Celica M. D. O.
"For parent what I think in important, is to get to know a little your neighbors. I have a neighbor that smoke weed and that's a issue for me, I don't know for others; I have to teens and that's not a good example."
  • Karen Q. P.
"I am been here for 3 years. Germantown is a very kind and quite neighborhood to live with your family "

  • Kspringfield47
"Concerts at Black Rock Center, nice walking area... convenient grocery stores, places to eat! And shopping. Also have my gym, and barber here."
  • CB
"I lived in this neighborhood for 3 years. It was a nice place. Everything you need is close by. Parking situation on this street and surrounding streets SUCK. People are not respectful of following the rules from the HOA. Trash blows into the end units back yard and people leave their trash and old household items all over. Overall a great street but I am too picky and these things alone I would not live here."
  • PG
"In the winter during Christmas, Santa drives around through the neighborhood on a fire truck. Also when the nearby schools have fundraising events it has a nice feel. "
  • Malcolm M.
"Pretty new hear so haven’t yet engaged in community events. But it’s a really lovely neighbourhood especially for families "
  • Melissa W.
"Easy as pie. I work in Urbana. I travel against traffic. Beautiful area. My family also lives in the area and I have easy access to all of them "
  • PG

  • Malcolm M.
"Am new here, but it’s a really wonderful neighbourhood. Friendly neighbours. am looking forward to summer time for outside activities "
