There is a 30x40 fully insulated, metal shop with one manual roll up door in the back, and two roll up doors with garage door openers in the front. Shop also has storage cabinets and a covered patio.
There is plenty of parking including attached garage, metal shop and exterior.

The school district is Northwest ISD and the schools are Haslet Elementary, Truett Wilson Middle and Eaton High. There is bus service to all.
