    "Wonderful subdivision. High quality construction. Originally meant to be more expensive. Nice mix of families with some retirees (including us). Excellent soundproofing. Very large living room, 29' x 17'. Decent size kitchen with decent eat in area. Nice grassy, play area across street. We've put in extras. Excellent schools from ele to HS. Low end traffic as we are in back of subdivision. Great location. 10-12 minutes from ocean, 3 minutes to Publix, 7 minutes to shopping on Indiantown Rd, 9-11 minutes from Gardens Mall via Military Trail, many good restaurants in area, 5 minutes to Roger Dean Stadium, 9-11 minutes to I95 and FL Tpke. Pretty close to Tennis and Golf. 9-10 minutes from Jupiter-Maltz Theatre, 25 min from Kravis Center. Very safe, very clean. We are very happy here."
