Ever since the different owners have made changes, some have put in foundations, some new siding, and metal roofs. As you drive through you can see all of the cute ideas and ways they have been improved. It is a very quiet area, very little traffic. Go drive out there and check it out, call me if you want to see it. It takes me an hour, if you can wait for me, I will make the trip. Square footage is as per county records, buyer to verify. To be sold 'AS IS' and seller wants it SOLD!
