About this House

This townhome has 2BR/2BA and also has a study/office area off of the upstairs bedroom which overlooks the living area. I used it for an office, but the previous owners used it as a nursery.
Both bedrooms are "master bedrooms" and both have huge walk-in closets. The coat closet in the living room downstairs allows for plenty of storage as it extends all the way under the stairs. I just had wood laminiate installed in the living/dining area in April of this year (2007). The entryway, kitchen, and downstairs bathroom all have white ceramic tile. The upstairs bathroom has vinyl tile. The bedrooms and study area have Berber carpet in a neutral color.

Composite roof with 30 year warranty installed approx 3 years ago.

The house is very open due to the vaulted ceiling in the living/dining area and the dining area has a skylight.

The back of the house overlooks a wooded area, so it's very quiet. My house sits on a cul-de-sac and is within walking distance to South Euless Elementary school. There is also a city park with picnic/bbq area and a city pool one block away. Neighborhood is very quiet and has no thru traffic!! The yard is very small, so very minmal upkeep (which I loved!), and my neighbors are great about sharing the care of the yard. (I was fortunate in that aspect as I travel for a living and was hardly home!)

The neighborhood is a mixture of families, singles, and retirees. Because it is a more established neighborhood, there are lots of trees.
