"I'm not sure who in their right mind would agree to this "deal". Does anyone do math anymore? It would be more like 8 years at $1,072/ month or around $200-something/month for the 30 years. Does this even include homeowner's insurance? "

"Your neighbors look out for each other and those with same aged children socialize together. It's also a fantastic area for trick or treating. Mist neighbors participate and give out the "good" candy. 😉"

"I am new to the neighborhood but its well maintained and feels very safe. My parents have reported some porch poachers in terms of packages, but more often than not, our packages are delivered to our main access point at the back door. "
