This gated and fully fenced property has beautiful views and is the definition of peaceful. The area is perfect for horse lovers with endless trails and many horse owning neighbors. The detached garage has been dry walled and insulated. It can be used for an office, storage or be converted back into a 2 car garage. The center of Tehachapi is just 20 minutes away. This area is revered for it's private, country feel while being close enough to a very nice mountain community. A new asphalt road has been completed this month. People are terrific, wildlife run free and are respected, the mountain views leave me speechless, prices for Realestate are reasonable, Tehachapi is handy and provides access to extras, although with the amenities in BVS (other than to go to work) one never has to leave for recreation or necessities. We have the Country Market, Saloon, Country club dining, and Mulligan Room!"
