"I have lived here for over two years and it is pleasant. No loud parties, not a lot of crime, especially anything bad. Maybe a few thefts but nothing crazy"

"We love it here & the neighborhood has several different points of access to main roads with very little high traffic areas. The commute to downtown takes roughly 30-45 mins."

"It’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with friendly people. Occasionally there are events at the amenity center for holidays and such. The beautiful city of Georgetown. always has something going on. I call it the square that never sleeps. "

"very gorgeous, extremely safe, quiet and great area to live in. the neighbors are awesome, not much traffic but super close to shopping. tons of community events and holiday cheer. overall I'd say this is the place your family will love."
