I have a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in north Santa Rosa beach. Ready January 10th. Home was built July of 2024. It's a 620 sqft apartment, custom cabinets, custom shelves in the walk-in closet. It's set up like a duplex with its own parking, porch and entrance, unit is on the first floor and I will be living upstairs, pictures were from July at the final stages of construction. Minimum 6 month lease, no pets allowed, $1,900 a month.

It's under 4 miles to the beach, close to Publix, Grayton, shopping at silver sands.

    "Very dog friendly area. They bring water bowls to your table at an outdoor restaurant for the dogs. The only real problem I see with the dogs is that a lot of people do not pick up after them. They even provide doggy poo bags and a place to put it. Very disturbing. "

    "There are a lot of places you can walk to or bike to. Restaurants, ice cream, General Store, beach. People are super nice and friendly. There is a lot of musical entertainment around. People always ask where the name comes from since there are no mountains. I pull out my phone and show them the beautiful pictures I have of the blue flowers all over the area 😁"
