"Not very many people walking their dogs on my neighborhood. I think Dog owners would like to walk their dogs in this neighborhood because you can take a short walk to a very dog friendly walking track "
  • Msapril85
"It is a nice and safe neighborhood to live. Very family oriented. Majority of the neighbors keep a well manicure yard while maintaining their property. "
  • Msapril85

  • Sweetheartpr6419
"I love the community, everything is clean and the schools are close by, as are the most important shops, almost all the stores, gasoline garages, fences, the community is very quiet and the neighbors are good."
  • Sahvohn
"Family oriented neighborhood where neighbors are friendly and take care of their home. 30 minutes to military base so easy commute for military families. "
  • W.latoya55
"It’s a safe neighborhood overall. It’s occasionally gun shots at night. Literally every blue moon. I love the area and it’s near everything. Yet, it’s relaxing and quiet."
  • Otttoac
"It’s a very friendly place to live and have a family! Great places to eat and shop and entertainment very nice gyms, everything around here is close and it’s a good variety of culture and over all great people "

  • Brittany M.
"I have lived in different areas of Hope Mills and Fayetteville for the majority of my life, and I always liked living in Hope Mills quite a bit more than in different areas of Fayetteville. I went to school here and I think H.M. for sure has better schools and sports leagues on average. "
  • Natalie G.
"This is a great community, with awesome schools, parks and locally owned businesses. There is a great sense of community here that is hard to find in many other places. "
  • Dolores
"Quiet and family friendly... always a smile and wave from neighbors. Starting to grow like the neighbor city Fayetteville "
  • Pansey Z.
"Not sure I would call it unique. Some neighbors are great while others are the most nosey, rude obnoxious people you could ever meet. . my son is 8 and loves to play outside but I'm not comfortable with allowing him to because of the attitude of many neighbors. Hopefully things get better cause if not I'll definitely be looking for housing elsewhere. thank you."
  • Gwen J.
"It’s mostly quiet here, and everyone minds their own business. I would recommend this area to anyone."
  • Teni W.
"It’s sometimes hectic on Main Street & they never should have put up those dividers on the street cause it makes it a inconvenience to drivers and first responders when the traffic is heavy like that!"
  • Gayla I.
"This area is infamous for break-ins. It isn't safe to walk around at night. I barely see my neighbors, or converse with them. The rent in this area is too expensive for a single parent on a fixed income. "
  • Tiona703
"Major holidays special event are held down by Hope Mills Lake. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood. We tend to be rather festive as far as decorations go."
  • Gayla I.
"Not a very good neighborhood. It is infamous for break-ins, and neighbors do not keep their dogs in the yard, so we have had to deal with dog poop in the front yard; their dog barking and acting like its going to bite. Even though they have been told numerous times about this, they still do nothing. It doesn't feel safe to go walking around in this area after dark. "
  • Tiona703
"We are a very dog friendly community. Many residents in my complex have dogs and we haven’t had any issues. "
  • Wanda J.
"My neighborhood is quite, school system is good, and distance to hospital and shopping is great. I love this area!"
  • Sabre
"Several people have dogs. Most use invisible fence or keep their dogs indoors. There are a few that do run out to the road and snarl in a frightening manner when you walk by."
  • Tiona703
"I walk mostly or use rideshare apps. This isn’t an area that has shopping options close to my home but it is very peaceful and nice to live here."
  • Clifton P.
"they host fire works for the fourth of July, they have holiday fun gatherings for the entire family. "
  • Tiona703
"The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, however there is poor outside lighting at night so traveling outside with a pet maybe a bit of a challenge."
  • Gayla I.
