The teachers need yo learn their place. They're not there to be besties with the students. They should not discuss a student issue with other students or discuss student problems aloud with other teachers when students are around. "We see people walking their dogs all the time. There are lots of sidewalks, and a quick walk to the green in town square. The speed limits are all 25 in the town center, so there is no fast moving traffic in our neighborhood."
